I’d say Box Hill or somewhere in Vietnam. In the top-left it says “Thanh” something. Couldn’t find Wally, but.

is it the shopping mall in springvale where there’s a hair saloon where guys would wait outside in a line, downstairs is a pho place, and inside there’s a dodgy place that sells wine?
